History of Aim
Aim Logistics, LLC was established on November 8, 2000 by Joe and Amy Belonger.
Amy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay in 1993. She has been involved in the transportation industry since 1990, working for Schneider National and Anchor Express, a division of Anchor Food Products. Amy has been able to fill many different positions within these companies to get an overall market perspective on the transportation industry. In 1994 Amy received her Certified Transportation Broker degree. Amy has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and applied for brokerage certification in 2000, which established Aim Logistics, LLC.
Joe is the director of operations for Aim. Joe also received his Certified Transportation Broker degree in 1994. Joe has been involved with transportation since 1985, when he started driving over the road, which continued for the next five years. From 1990 to present time, Joe has been involved with all aspects of trucking operations both company, as well as brokerage. Joe also worked for a frozen food manufacturer as the transportation manager. Throughout his career he has been able to build relationships with numerous customers and carriers that have continued to prosper for 20 years.
Aim Logistics, LLC has continued to grow over the years adding employees and moving into a new location two years ago in downtown Little Chute. We believe our success in continuing to grow our business has come due to our philosophy of being an extension of our customers business. We see our customers as not only those we are hauling for, but also those carriers who are hauling for us. We have built a rapport with numerous customers and carriers within the industry, through educating and helping them with all of their transportation needs.
